The planning begins with a detailed preliminary discussion in which I get to know your company and your ideas better. We discuss your goals for the employee portraits and what message the images should convey. Which style suits the company? What special features need to be considered?
I might come to your office to get a feel for the place.
I use this information to create a customized concept for the photo shoot.
We clarify organizational details such as the location of the shoot, the number of employees to be photographed and any special requests regarding the background and look of the pictures.
The employee portraits should be used on the website or intranet. Therefore – important – the consent of the employees must be available. Preferably before the actual photo shoot.
In the run-up to the photo shoot, you will receive a summary of everything you need to know about this date, the schedule, as well as tips for preparing for the shoot, which you can distribute to your employees, as well as a template for employee consent.
On the day of the shoot, I bring everything you need for professional employee portraits: camera(s), lighting equipment and possibly backgrounds or small props. On site I ensure that relaxed atmosphere in which all employees feel comfortable in front of the camera.
After the shoot, I edit the photos and make a preselection available online. On request also per employee, naturally GDPR-compliant.
We can select the best pictures together, or the employees can choose their personal favorites themselves.
I edit the selected images professionally, paying attention to natural colors, pleasant retouching, good contrasts and the ideal cut. If required, this can of course also be done in black and white.
You will receive the final image files in the optimal format for the web and high resolution for print, in color as well as in black and white.
