Tips for HR and marketing
Professional portraits show more than just faces. They convey attitude, personality, and professionalism – all at first glance. When used strategically, they strengthen your employer brand, build trust, and increase visibility.
To make sure a photoshoot delivers not only great images but also a smooth process, preparation is key!
5 steps that improve every shoot:
- Define the purpose: Where will the portraits be used? Website, LinkedIn, PR, or internal communication?
- Choose the location: At the workplace, in a mobile studio on-site, or in my Kreuzberg photo studio?
- Set the look: Unified or individual? Formal business style or business casual?
- Communicate internally: What should people wear? What to bring? Who is scheduled when?
- Plan time realistically: Depending on the concept, 8–30 minutes per person – plus styling and image selection if needed.
Our tip: Great images are created on both sides of the camera. Clear preparation builds trust – and that shows in every photo.
