For your application photo, your outfit should be chosen as if you were invited directly to your personal interview at your favorite company.
If a costume or suit is required, then you should also wear this outfit to the shoot. As a general rule, a blouse or shirt in subtle colors, long sleeves and without pronounced patterns or logos look best in application photos.
Feel free to bring a few more different items of clothing to the shoot. I will be happy to help you with the selection.
All outfits should of course always be stain- and wrinkle-free, but that goes without saying. It is best to use a garment bag if you are bringing additional outfits. This will prevent the clothes from creasing.
And always stay true to yourself. The clothes should suit you and your personality, fit well and make you look good. If you feel comfortable in your clothes, then this will also be reflected in your portrait / application photo.

Your make-up should be subtle and ideally applied just before the shoot.
You would also have the opportunity to apply your make-up fresh in the studio.
Avoid edges between the face and neck, choose natural tones for lips and eyeshadow.
Important! Avoid using a greasy day cream on the day of the shoot. Instead, apply it the evening before.
Are you unsure about your make-up and hairstyle? In this case, I would recommend a make-up artist. We can also book her for you for the shoot! Expect additional costs of approx. 80 €uro.
The studio portraits are taken in my jqp photo studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg 61.
If we have time (from shooting duration 1h) and desire, then we can also take portraits outside on the street and in the immediate vicinity of the studio, eg. on the Landwehrkanal. The corner is quite suitable for this.
There is also the option of taking photos on location at your premises, in the office, in the home office or completely outdoors or on location of your choice.

After our photo session together, you will receive access to an online gallery. You can view your portraits from the comfort of your own home and select your favorite (or several favorites). Having trouble choosing? Get your partner or friends involved.
I use picdrop from Berlin as a gallery system. It allows you to select your favorites quickly, step by step and conveniently.
The final selected images will be professionally edited by me and then made available to you for download in two resolutions – online print – and in color and black and white.
Each package already includes a certain number of images. But have you fallen in love with even more pictures? No problem, an additional edited image file costs:

YES! – You can get all pictures of the selection gallery “as is” as digital download.
I charge for this:
Your portrait in black and white is already included.
I always deliver all pictures – which you have finally decided on – in a black white version.
You will receive four digital playouts of each image:
1x color 1x black white, each in high resolution (HiRes)
1x color 1x black white, each in low resolution (online version)

Especially in the context of digital communication – in online meetings on Zoom or Microsoft Teams – as well as in the field of private personal branding, it is super important to present yourself with a professional profile picture. The rights of use for publication in all social networks are therefore always included in the price.
I am happy if you use the pictures to present yourself in your social and professional networks! This is exactly my goal! To give you a portrait, a profile picture of yourself that you can use to present yourself professionally on social platforms.
Yes, of course! – Private use and social media are always included!
You can always use your pictures on your private website, as a professional profile picture on Instagram, Xing and LinkedIn, and also on job and application portals such as Monster or StepStone.
You own a start-up, are self-employed or an employee of a company. You want to present yourself with a picture on the company website or draw attention to yourself in a press release with a portrait. In these cases of commercial use, the commercial right of use is required. This is already included in the Business Portrait package.
I drive to you, or to the place where we want to shoot, coming from Kreuzberg.
I charge a flat rate of €30 for everything within the S-Bahn ring.
Everything up to 100km driving distance (according to Google, shortest way) I still call close. This is charged at a flat rate of €80.
In addition, I will calculate travel costs individually with you.
